Terms:
You can order our software electronically using this form.  The software is usually emailed within 24 hours after processing your order. Please feel free to contact sales@ravware.com for any questions you may have about your order status or any product. We provide all software in a demo or evaluation edition so that  you can be 100% satisfied with the product before you purchase. 

Return Policy:
Once a serial number for a sale version of a product is released the order can not be cancelled or refunded.  For this reason , we do not provide a money back guarantee or refund so please try out the demo versions before committing to a purchase.

Payment:
Payment can be made electronically, over the phone (630) 858 - 0989, or mailed. RavWare does not accept purchase orders.  Payment must be included with all orders. Credit card payment can be made using Visa or MasterCard. Checks must be drafted in US Dollars from a US Bank. International customers without credit cards can pay by International Money Order drawn in US Dollars.

You can print this form and send it to the below address with a check or money order. If you need to wire transfer the funds please contact RavWare directly for the information. All funds must be drawn on US Dollars.

If we receive duplicate orders we will contact you by email or phone if needed to insure you are only charged for the software you want.

License:

The products are licensed on a single user basis. For our Director Xtra products each Xtra is tied to the serial number provided when purchased and will not work with another copy of Director. Contact sales@ravware.com for multi-license discounts.

All products purchased within 30 days of the arrival of a new version of an Xtra or a new version of Director will receive the updated Xtra free of charge.
